As in the case of Thai Chi or Yoga, the J. Horvath Technique derives from a deep knowledge of the human body and its real static and dynamic potential. Thanks to it, it is possible to obtain a new sense of physical symmetry and control of movement, whilst discovering the pleasure of living in harmony with ones body. The J. Horvath Technique therefore, is a discipline for the body and the mind which allows one to develop strength, flexibility and neuromuscular co-ordination. There are no violent strains: the circular movements act on the deep tissues, stimulating circulation and massaging internal organs. Energy flows freely throughout the body and day after day the beneficial effects of a newly found balance translate themselves into vitality.

Contrary to normal exercise techniques, the J Horvath Technique is a complete psychophisical discipline which stimulates both the body and the mind contemporaneously, taking into account the real unity of man. All the exercises in the Horvath Technique are purposely devised to favour good breathing control. The movements follow the deep rhythm of respiration, increasing energy and vitality. Day after day, muscular and emotional tension disappears, whilst a secret harmony between body and soul flourishes.
