YogaCode has been conceived by Mr. Pino Carbone, who came to it's knowledge intuitively , or rather almost naturally, of its many principles and amazing effects during the eighties, even before learning about different forms of Yoga such as Asthanga, Ha-tha and Kundalini which he has been practicing intensively.
He passed the following 20 years developing and improving his discoveries, first as a simple practitioner, then as a professional teacher.
During his great artistic career as a classic ballet dancer travelling around the world, he taught some of his colleagues his innovative forms of yoga, so that YogaCode, despite its silent development, reached its first students with ample demonstrations of its success.
YogaCode is an integration of several types of Yoga, dance knowledge, martial arts, Tai-Chi and Chi Qui Ghong mixed between them in a very experienced way. It is a real technique in the sense that there are specific established procedures that are intended to provide specific results.
There is a formula, a recipe, a standard practice, a specific approach, a clear way to know one ' s own body in all its several characteristics, learning to educate the body and re-educate its movements.
Pino Carbone emphasizes to the students that they should be ready to assimilate a message, rather than just attend a lesson.
YogaCode is not concerned only with the movement of particular muscles or points of articulation. It is also intended to produce specific and positive sensations which unblock and harmonize the chakra making the Chi free, going to the central nervous system, and beginning to activate changes in the tissues through the feedback in a closed circuit that exists between the mind and the muscles, all induced by specific positions and movements.
YogaCode uses the movements as artistic expression to communicate to the nervous system a sensation of a certain quality and intensity that stimulates a response in the tissues of the practitioner.
When the individual learns to know his own body, he is able to distinguish between being and appearance, achieving more awareness and total sensitivity; he feels lighter, more flexible and elastic, he starts to stand and move himself with more skill, stability, lightness and sense of wellness.
